You contact us via WhatsApp or email. We discuss your venue, guest count, aesthetic direction, and priorities — lighting-heavy, audio-heavy, or full production. A detailed scope outline follows within 24 hours.

Venue Technical Survey & Wedding Lighting Design

We survey your venue in person — rigging points, power distribution, ceiling height, sightlines. Then we build the full lighting design in 3D pre-viz software. You review and approve every element before production starts.

Content Production & GrandMA Programming

LED screen content, projection mapping assets, and GrandMA show files are built and tested offline. Every cue — ceremony walk, first dance, speeches, party mode — is scripted and pre-programmed.

Load-In & Full Technical Rehearsal

We arrive early. Everything is rigged, focused, and tested — including all backup systems — before your venue dressing team begins. By the time guests arrive, the show has already been run through once.
